Kaleidoscope Writing Workshop!
Queer Ancestors Project and Still Here SF
Kaleidoscope is a creative space for transgender, queer, lesbian, gay, bisexual, gender nonconforming, questioning, and intersex people, ages 18-26, to explore the lives and stories of our queer/trans ancestors through writing. From May through July, we’ll build community through in person workshops and online writing sessions led by Still Here SF and Foglifter Journal queer/trans BIPOC artists. We’ll dig through the archives, express ourselves in multiple writing genres, support each other’s creative processes, and connect to those who came before.
The workshop will culminate in a public reading and participants will receive a $1000 stipend upon completion!
